Hi, I’m Melissa (Mel) Powell—Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Holistic Health Coach, Nutritionist, Behavioral Health Specialist, mom, & founder of Mindfully YOU Wellness, Mindset For Muscle, + the Rx programs.

My mission is simple: to help you feel strong, confident, & at home in your body, mind, & spirit while building a lifestyle that truly supports your health, goals, & ultimately, quality of life.

Since September 2018, I’ve been working with clients & founded Mindfully YOU Wellness with the vision of creating a space where fitness & wellness go beyond quick fixes & instead focus on sustainable, life-changing results.

With certifications in personal training, nutrition, women’s health, & behavior change, I combine science-backed fitness with a holistic approach—because your mindset, habits, & environment are just as important as your workouts & meals.

I’m also a proud momma to a spirited little human, & much of what I teach is rooted in real life—finding balance, staying consistent, & creating routines that actually work (hello, sustainable results!). Whether we’re training in the gym, building nutrition & fitness plans, or rewiring your mindset & routines, I’m here to guide & support you every step of the way.

Through programs like Mindset for Muscle, Nourish-Her, FitnessRx, NutritionRx, or LifestyleRx, personalized 1:1 coaching (in person & virtual), & workshops, I help women & men transform not just their bodies, but their lives—so they can thrive with strength, energy, & purpose.
